Plant McIntosh Ash Monofill Cells 1&2: Developed Bid Package and Scope of Work. Coordinate constructability with Engineering and Design to ensure permit requirements were satisfied. Managed the biding and contractual awards. Served as site manager for the new Cell 2 Landfill Construction and existing Cell 1 Closure. Through value added services was able to reduce original bid cost from $10 Million to $7.5 Million and through change order management was able to reduce change order cost by 50%.

Huffaker Road CCB Retrofit Project: Transferred to project after contractor mobilization. Managed project and provided on-site field supervision ensuring, specifications, and permit regulations were met. Left project at 75% completion to transfer to current Plant McIntosh. Successfully managed to get project back on track and reduced original $3 Million change orders for lack of suitable clay and constructability concerns to $1 Million by acquiring alternative borrow source with a more workable clay, having specifications adjusted for new and existing soil characteristics, and coaching contractor through alternative material handling techniques to achieve a working material handling and compaction process.

Plant Bowen M.A.T.S Project: Directly managed construction of Plant Bowen CCB Cells 3&4 and 9&10 (both projects covered 200 Acres, for 70 Acres of new landfill, required 4 Million C.Y. of cut/fill and cost $20 Million), Final closure of 250 Acre Ash Pond, and all Bowen Environmental Project Environmental Compliance.
